Very odd!! someone sent me a private message saying that he saw my profile picture through Facebook notification? and wants to be friends. Is it a virus?? the English language used sounded like from someone who doesn't speak it well, but the person is an English native speaker!

It's either a virus or spam. Don't be fooled by this, ignore it, block it, delete it.
