Also if I tag people in pics can their friends share the pics if I change the setting? Thanks so much in advance for your help!

there is no way to prevent someone from sharing a picture...

No no no, you can never ever do that. Sorry dude the only solution is to keep the pictures private i.e it won't let anyone see
