So i am friends with this person on facebook. I cannot reply to them and their picture is gone.
But when I facebook search them their profile comes up and I can see their picture. But I cannot click on their profile page it says it is unavailable.

You r neither blocked nor deactivated. The page you r trying to view is removed that is why you r seeing page not available

Its either blocked or deactivated. We don't know either he/she blocked us or his/her account is deactivated.

It Could Be Either Or Ask One of your Friends to Look up The Profile If They Are Able to Pull the Profile up Than They Blocked you If They Cant Than The Profile Has Been Deactivated/Deleted

The account is either deactivated or deleted. Maybe they have blocked you.
