Yes you can if you want to, but you have to have two different emails.

Yep, but you're going to need two different email addresses, otherwise Facebook will think you have like a back up or something.

Yes, you can with using different mail id and phone number. But keep in mind that Facebook will disable your two accounts if they come to know you have fake accounts.
