It's against their terms of service to have multiple accounts. It's also against their terms of service to lie about yourself in any capacity (including keeping contact details up to date) - they have been known to delete accounts for misleading information.

It's against Facebook's terms to have multiple accounts but if you really want more just use a different email address for each one
