Okay so, basically as you can tell by the title, I need help!!! So I am addicted to Facebook and it's really distracting me from my school work and I have all finals this week/ next week. How can i get myself un- distracted?

Log out/ disactivate.

You don't need 1000 friends. Delete anyone you don't know personally, and if you don't associate with the rest then just get rid of them. I only talk to people I truly care about on there, about 64 people.
