i want to change my facebook email like this

as i know i add it for a long time ago.and now i am unable to change it or delete it.please someone help

u need to go to settings>privacy>email
and then u can add or delete an email..

man.ose.5 is called your vanity URL, and you can change it only once
after that you can never change it again
