I am a sleep expert that has been training and teaching people professionally on how to cure their sleeping disorders such as insomnia at http://www.SleepWellSecrets.com. I would like to use Facebook as a mean of social marketing to boost my opt-in list. So I need to know the safe limit for adding total strangers on facebook (0 Mutual Friends) per day. Do you know what is the safe limit nowadays? I got banned from sending too much friend requests to too much strangers. This is why I need to know what is the exact or estimated safe number for sending friend requests to total strangers per day.

I have not seen any rule of this kind, but yes facebook block some people when they send more friends requests in a day or month.. I have searched for you on Google and find that we can send maximum 20 friend requests per day.
