Like if someone posted on my wall, and I put hide from timeline. Will that make a status saying "Blah Blah has hidden a comment"? Or will it just disappear off my wall?

if it's a post someone else created, it wont appear on your timeline (what you still call your wall for some reason) but the people you are friends with will still be able to see it in their newsfeed
the only way to keep it out of your friends' newsfeeds is to just delete it

No if you hide the comments of delete, no one can able to see that.

No, it won't say anything, it will be just hidden from your timeline.
