so this person on facebook is really mean to people and basically cyber-bullies people. can i report her for being a mean jerk and using inappropriate language or will it be a big deal. i dont want her to know that i'm the one who reported her or else she will be a jerk to me what should I do?

All reporting is anonymous, so go ahead. You need not be on FaceBook to report, you can report slander on FaceBook by submitting a form. FaceBook is good that way. Pick the reason harassment and bullying for reporting.
