you cant unblock it - if you could, there would be no point in facebook blocking it in the first place
stop trying to spam/advertise your page - it just leads to trouble

If you blocked a person then you can unblock that person any time but... Once you blocked a page then it cannot be visible to you and you also cannot unblock it as you gave the view that , " this page is spam "...
