So I use to have 4 accounts ... It's been two months and I can't make a new one or log in .... How could I make a new account ?? Without using someone's phone... Please

If your Instagram Account is Deleted you Must've Been Breaking One of There Terms if it Says you Registered too Many On your Device than your Gonna Have to Use Someone Elses Device im Sorry But Thats the Way it Goes
