it happens to me all the time... just dont use it on your iphone. use a laptop

It happens to me too and drives me crazy. After opening and closing a couple of times, it stops closing. Just be paitent. Worst comes to worst, just get on a computer. If you dont have a computer, go to the library and use theirs
