when i click on photo option on facebook . nothing happens i click on 10 times still nothing appears.

why are you clicking on photo option? are you trying to hide your picture? or copy it? or change the privacy settings? or make it your default picture?
you need to explain what you are trying to do if you want good help
there is no need to click on options if you are just trying to upload a photo... where are you trying to upload this photo? to an album? or to your wall? or to someone else's profile?

Some browsers or browser settings seem to work badly with Facebook's uploader, especially with the constant updates that they have been making to it. While the problem might sort itself out, If you are using Firefox, try Internet Explorer or Opera. I myself sometimes have trouble with Firefox with the uploaded but momentarily switching to IE or Opera to upload usually does the trick.

1- Could be because of slow network connection try refreshing the page.
2- Could be because you are using some unknown browser facebook works best with Firefox,Opera and Chrome.
