I mean that phone icon. Why does some people has it and some people doensn't? What does that mean? And the minutes beside it?

It means they used Facebook through a mobile phone about 57 minutes ago, or 1 hour ago (whatever the number says).

if you login from mobile, a timer will start from 00:00. Every time you browse fb, the timer restarts. If you haven't browsed from mobile for a set amount of time, your name will dissapear from your friends' chat list and you will appear offline.
