Social Media Marketing is the subset of Internet Marketing focused on communities such as Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, YouTube, Digg etc. It is the attempt to use the Social media environment to promote a business, or brand. In fact we find that Social Media is a better tool for getting to know your customer and strengthen that relationship that it is a hard sales tool.
