Can you be signed into facebook through one mobile device? lets say im singed in on one phone, and then sign in through another phone will facebook automatically log me off from the other phone?

No, as far as I know it will stay logged in on both devices although I do believe there is a button in the settings to log your facebook out of all connected devices.
