Facebook - Account setting - Security - Deactivate Account. This will stop everythng on ura account but the benefit is deactivating ura account u can access again if u want as from the same stuff

YOU CANT ACTUALLY DELETE IT BUT YOU COULD DEACTIVATE IT

You can permanently delete your Facebook.
