okay so i found out that people that arent my friends on fb can go through all my photos and i dont want that. i dont want them to see my profile pics of the photos im tagged in or the albums i made, and any other info. and facebook is too confusing and i cant find where to put this setting into effect.please help me

Go to privacy&settings->privacy then change it all to friends.

it all depends on which album they are in, and you cant make tagged photos private, you can only remove the tag
