Okey i understand your problem.
You did not mention that you are using mobile or Pc.
I will explain you how to disable notification.
Just open facebook and login
then go to settings
next you will see a option "NOTIFICATIONS"
Click it
then click on "How You Get Notifications" or something like this
then edit your options

Go to your account settings and look for notifications, uncheck at receive notifications from facebook.
