Arab spring started without social media in Tunisia is that in the last moment before the fall of Ben Ali that Tunisians have used facebook

No, it would have been less organized.

I lived in a country with the Arab Spring, and the use of Facebook with planning protests was widespread. Classes were even cancelled/ postponed because of planned protests. Protests over there SOMETIMES end in full on riots.

Think about your question and consider rephrasing. Choose a better word than " intervene". Exactly what is social media? For that matter, what is the "Arab Spring"?

If no social media existed it would make it much easier for the dictators to control what Information got in their country. So it is very possible the Arab Spring the would not have happen with out social media.
