I mean to say does sha'ri'ah give permisson for a girl to put her photo on facebook in hijaab...y cant she do so infact there are chances that many other girls also get inspire by seeing the photo and they also start wearing hijaab...

Because Allah cant see the facebook. Cant you understand that they dont like to wear hijaab. reason is why they wear it in muslim countries that if not you people will rape them.
