does your page get completely removed or can people still find it on facebook?

People cannot look at your page anymore. It appears it is not there. However, the page still does exist on facebook server and you can re-enable it later. While it is deactive though it is as if you aren't on facebook anymore.

If the facebook account is deactivated then you cannot tag that person or do any thing in their account. The link of their accounts will be unclickable.

If you deactivated your Facebook page then it cannot be saw by any one because if will remove completely from Facebook.
