I am having Twitter problems but maybe I am just stupid. Here is an example. Someone tweets "love it here in Oregon." How do I leave a comment on his tweet on that comment so it would look like a conversation?"

Open that person's tweet, then tap on that arrow looking thing and type your tweet.
That way when someone goes to his tweet, yours will be under his.

move your mouse over the tweet you want to reply too. There should be 4 buttons that "appear" click the one that says reply. Also, twitter is not Facebook. How the commenting on Facebook appears will not be the way it looks on twitter

Hit "reply" button and you will start a conversation.
