I just got twitter and I am on my samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 and want to comment on some random tweets but dont know how...

You can reply directly to the Tweeter using the reply icon or you can retweet them to your own followers and maybe add a comment. Again you'll have an icon for retweeting

You don't. You can click reply which looks like the button i have in the link i'm posting. Or you can click the retweet button and it should give you two options. 1- quote tweet. With that option you can repeat the tweet as your own tweet then add something to it. 2- retweet. That option won't make it your own tweet. It'll just show up on the feed of people that follow you.

Click on The Tweet than Click Reply and Than you Can Write your Comment on The Tweet
