If you're talking about the Facebook app, press the + button on the left of where you type, then "choose photo"

while chatting there is option OR SEND A PHOTO click on it u can send a photo in once or a msg . one work at a time

Depends on your browser version some can't if you can it will say "or send a photo"

Go And Send Somebody a Message in the Message Box Click on the Camera Button Than Select the Photo From your Computer and Thats How you Send a Photo in A Message
