Not appearing on people's newsfeed on Facebook? - Matt Ryan: Future NFL HOF - 07-20-2013 07:50 AM I'm friends with a bunch of people, and there are some I don't want knowing much about my activity. That means that I don't want to appear on certain people's newsfeeds about my statuses, who i befriend, the pictures I like, statuses I comment on, etc. How can I adjust that? I can easily hide what I post. But if I friend someone and/or like a picture, I don't want people to know. - abraXus - 07-20-2013 07:57 AM depending on the item, you can use the audience selector to decide who can see it you can also set up custom lists to make it easier http://abrax.us/Facebook/UsingLists.php another option is the restricted list if you are trying to hide your likes, then the restricted list is the only way to do that - Angeleyes - 07-20-2013 08:07 AM Go to your privacy settings and set to custom - certain friends who can see my activity, also add some people to your restricted list. When you add a status you can share with certain people. Go to yopur privacy settings and set to only me. - Rìshád - 07-20-2013 08:24 AM 1)go to your facebook settings->timeline and tagging, change it all to friends exept restricted. 2)Go to their profile(certain people)->scroll down, then click on manage list->add them to restricted..gúd lùck..:-) |
