Yes. People who get on your wall will see your recent activity. That includes if you post on someone else's wall, even if the person you posted to isn't their friend. I assure, they can see it. Not on the News Feed, only if they get on your wall.

This depends on that 'someone's privacy settings. There's a section in the privacy settings' Timeline and Tagging tab saying 'who can see things on my timeline'. In this section there's a subsection saying ' who can see what others post on my timeline'. It depends on what that 'someone' has in this setting box.
