I made another Facebook so I can swear in comments without my religious family looking at them. But when I did I have this current goals bar at the top of the page. And to get rid of it I have to add 6 friends when I don't want to

there is no way around it - and keep in mind that creating more than one account is against the rules, and facebook will eventually suspend all of your accounts once they catch you breaking the rules
