I don't know this person at all, he's a complete stranger and he messaged me. I asked him where he got my user from and he said he got it from "kik's official facebook page"
Can you actually do that?
BTW I don't have facebook and I have not mentioned my kik user on instagram or twitter or anywhere else

They have a facebook page. but I'm sure he didn't get it from there.... it might be one of your friends on kik gave it to him... or he just tried random names. My suggestion... Don't answer him! strangers can be very dangerous.
