Open your Profile Information click here: https://edit.yahoo.com/config/eval_profile?.intl=au&.scrumb=3W7BnKTCt4s
Go to "Manage Other Accounts to Sign into" and unlink facebook.
Now reach "Manage Apps and Website Connection" and unlink facebook from here too.
Finally open your Facebook and Remove Yahoo! and Yahoo! Related apps from Facebook Apps Settings.
