Im trying to retrieve an email of mine that I have forgotten and I don't know how to get it back. Ive tried going on a friends page to view the contact but its not showing as well. is there any other way to retrieve that email and password

no, you are expected to remember your own email address - facebook doesnt show them on purpose because that's how accounts get hacked

If you Dont Know the Email Address Than your Not Gonna be Able to Get Back into The Account
