You can't .But if you chatted with him before and he blocked you, instead of his profile name, you can see only "Facebook user".(in chat records)

Facebook keeps that info secure you cannot get info or notification about it..

you cant find. when u type d name of that person then it wont find him. if he's been tagged in any pic then just the name will b visible no link will be der for it.
