when i coment or like some pic or page than its not shown to my friends in news feed.eg.*** likes this pic.
It will only b show if i click share.eg***shared this pic.
Someone answerd to Wait, i dont know what he meant.

either your account was used for spamming (like advertising a facebook page) and therefor you cant do that anymore, or you have people added to your restricted list

Simple.. Go to Privacy Setting in your facebook and Edit "WHO CAN SEE MY STUFF" to Friends..
That's all..

Check your Posts Settings If you have it Set to Me Only Change that to Friends Only Also Check And See if you have anybody on your Restricted List If you Do you may Have to Remove Some People
