I've tried to delete the messages but it shows deleted on mine and it reaches to the receiver...
can't I delete it permanently ?

no, you cant
it's like email or voicemail - once you send it, you cannot prevent them from reading it

No once it reaches them, you cannot get it off from their end. Same with text messages.
Well technically there is nothing you can do aside from hacking their facebook and deleting them from their end.
