i have signed out and in lots of times and it is still the same :/ how do i fix it ....

I have got the same problem lately.
there are a couple of options though.
1) Remove adobe flash and install a newer version from scratch, this might help.
2) Change browser or update yours.
Sometimes mine freezes because of my browser and when i use firefox, it works.
