Change the browser you use you must access "forgot password" so, after you write your e-mail facebook will send you a link or code to your e-mail click on it if it's a link and then you can write a new password

if forgot password doesnt work, that means facebook suspended your account
there will be no way to get it back now

clear your cache ,, you may do such things by using ccleaner
you may download the latest version from

If the Forgot Password Doesint Work Than your Out Of Luck Thats the Only Way you Can Recover your Account if you Forgot your Account Information
