Today I tried to log in to my facebook account and they said my account was locked because they didn't recognize the device I am using! That is ridiculous since it is the same exact device and ip address I have always used for this account! Facebook makes it impossible or nearly impossible to contact them when you really need help! I need to talk directly to a person! I can't use the forum since I am not allowed to succuessfully log in! So how is someone suppose to talk directly to a customer service person on facebook? Is it possible? Please help soon!

The only way to get in touch directly to Facebook is via email.
