One of my friends posted a picture that you couldn't like, share or comment on (I think she might have uploaded multiple pictures at once) But is it even possible to disable likes on a picture?
And at the bottom of it, it had a little "settings" symbol (like the little symbol thingy usually showed to represent the settings to something).
This isn't the first time I have seen this, I have seen it about two or three times from different people.

your friend wasnt the one who posted it, it just looks like she was the one who did - she shared someone else's picture, making it look like she posted it, and then when you clicked on it, it brought you to the person's album who actually did post it, and you arent friends with that person, so you cannot like share or comment on it
