I have an iPhone 4, but the new video update isn't working. I have iOS 6, but i cannot record videos or watch videos on Instagram. I don't know how to update my phone either. Any advice?

You might want to restart your phone or maybe delete the app and try to downloading it again

To check if you have to update your phone, just open the settings> general> Software Update. My phone is currently running IOS 6.1.4 and its running the new Instagram perfectly fine so you might have to update it.
