the other people only seem to know how to deactivate it, which isnt what you were asking how to do

hey dear, go to the option, Account Setting. You can get this option by clicking on the button which you are using to log out. After going to account setting option, you can see the option SECURITY. By clicking on security option, you can find the option, Deactivate my account. Click on that link.
