So every time I try to hash tag something it doesn't go in that category and that's stopping me from getting likes? Then when I try and follow someone it won't let me? I have tried updating it and I've even updated the version of my iPad but its still not working?

Its working. Instagram has a way of doing that. Try waiting 24 hours before trying again. Answer mines please ?

I think it's just something wrong with your iPad? I'm not sure it is but check all your others apps because this is the first complaint I've heard of instagram. Try to delete the app and redownload it though
