You will have to pay if you go over your internet limit. You will not have to pay if you use Wi-Fi/a home internet source. I own an Iphone with Facebook and I do not have to pay for my internet, and I use Wi-Fi.

Facebook is 100% Free The Only Thing you pay Is your Standard Charges That you pay For your Internet A Month So What Ever your Internet Plan is Is What you pay a Month
