I have a business website for promoting my business. I also have made a Facebook fan page for my website. My target is growing my business using social media as like Facebook. And i want to make short URL for my Facebook fan page. Is that possible to make short URL for Facebook fan page. Any input is most welcome.

1) Log in to your Facebook account
2) Type http://www.facebook.com/username in the browser address bar.
If you didn't set username for your profile then some suggestions will be offered to make a username. If you have multiple page a drop box will be available to choose your desired page( Shown in picture above).
A text-box is also its right side to enter your desired name. After entering the name, push the "Check Availability" button. If the entered username is vacant, a confirmed box will appear . Just confirmed by clicking the button. Facebook page name is .

I have a Facebook fan page for my beauty and fashion site. I have made tiny URL using online service. I think there are many way to make short URL , just need to focus on who is legitimate and safe for our site. Moreover nowadays there are many website who provide great service to make short url and people can make short URL easily . I have used them as well as i have made short URL for my Facebook fan page and my website. It works great.If you wish then you can use that. Hope i helped.
