When you are on another website seperate from Facebook and you click on a given Facebook profile link it will ask you to sign in. It says https://m.facebook.com in it just a bunch of stuff after like I explained

yes, on the third week they will give you another slider calculator, this one to calculate activity points. you earn them by excersising. depending on your weight, how long you worked out, and at what intensity will determine the AP's.
I'm still up in the air as to whether or not to "use" them....they tell you that you can, but dont have to. It really depends on your body, as your cravings. If you have them to use, and still want something more to eat, you can use them. I earn 6 whenever I work out, and so I'm trying right now to use up 3 or 4 of them. Weeks that I've done "really well" as far as not going over my daily points, working out, and not using my AP points...i've either lost less than half a pound, even gained a litle.

It's a legit link. Trust me! You are probably talking about the Facebook Social plugins which are used by many sites these days. It's the blue colored Facebook box which has the pics of few people who have liked that page on Facebook.

If there is a slash "/" after the .com, then you are fine. It doesn't matter what comes after the slash. Always look for the first slash after the "//", then read the address immediately to the left of that. That is the site you are connecting to. If there is no slash, then start from the very right side.

For example, if the address was https://m.facebook.com/298f2hf298h.evilsite.cc, then you would be connecting to facebook.com.
