You can publish it on other Facebook pages.
just go to Google and "your keywords or topic+site:facebook.com".
or you can also display it on your own website so that people can like it from your website.
or you can comment on other websites with similar topic and leave a link to your Facebook page under the comment.
or you can also promote it with your friends in messages and on your Facebook timeline.

your page is eventually going to get flagged as a spammer site if this is what you are trying to do
