Remember how old you are first. If you are under the legal age to have a facebook account (which it sounds like) then you have no right to be on facebook in the first place. Facebook has rules about that stuff.

You Cant Report them if They Blocked you on Facebook Because your Unable to View Blocked Profiles Sorry
