In Cali, is looking at someone's public twitter profile illegal? Its this girl, its not cyber bullying at all or anything bad..its just that we're awkward like that, she also retweeted and favorited one of my tweets which I have no idea how she found, as my Twitter is very personal, I only have one very close friend an 2 other randoms following me, I also don't follow anyone from school. Anyways, after that, I don't know I started checking on her profile basically everyday, we see each other everyday, and I saw her twitter was pretty funny and interesting, I got hooked. Anyways, is there a limit before it becomes illegal? When does it become illegal? I don't want to get into some crazy awkward situation later on, I'll stop looking at profile right away if I have to lol. Enlighten me
