It's not like they're going to rape you, "why do the weirdos think they can chat to me" is an awfully bitter and shallow thing to say. I'm not entirely sure what your question is either, "there are some weird men online" is a statement. "argh why do the weirdos think they can chat to me" works better as a question that I can answer. They think they can chat to you because you give them the opportunity by adding them as friends. Unfriend them or don't accept their friend request. If you're just hoarding all of these annoying people so that you can keep a large friend count then you're just being childish. Friends are people who are close to you, not a commodity.
