Outline your friend acceptance policy for Facebook and LinkedIn. In Facebook, you may have your friends segmented into groups, so you’ll need to describe who goes into those groups. If you have a followup strategy that you employ upon accepting a friend/connection, you’ll need to document that process, as well. Once you have shared these processes with your assistant, she should be able to accept friendand connection requests on your behalf and follow up accordingly.

Facebook and twitter are the best by now..also you can do video submissions as well.

You can create adds on facebook and select the target market group that you wish. Also by creating a fan page or twitter account you can attract people who like your content. Market for your target group and they will find you.
